Executive Summary:

Soho House launched their first property in Oregon. The property included a main club and restaurant, a music room with stage, a gym with steam and sauna and on the roof there was another club space with a large pool deck.

Scope:

• Review Technology Drawings.

• Coordinate Internal and External Technology Partners (Network, Phones, Point of Sales, Room Booking,)

• Manage technology milestone and delivery schedules

• Oversee budget
