Executive Summary:

Soho House launched their house in the scenic Pacific Northwest in Portland Oregon. The house features a large club spaces, restaurant, and music rooms for live events. Additional amenities include the roof top club space and pool with cabanas. We managed the internal and external technology partners to ensure a smooth opening and member experience.

Role:

• Client-side Technical Program Manager

Scope:

• Review Technology Drawings. (Network Infrastructure & Wi-Fi, Audio Visual, Security)

• Coordinate Internal and External Technology Partners (ISP, Network & Cloud Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Security, Phone System, Point of Sales, Room Booking, etc.).

• Manage milestones and deliverable schedule with dependencies for cross department coordination.

• Oversaw budget & provided cost tracking.
