Executive Summary:

Soho House West Hollywood renovated a portion of the house to create space for additional private and member events. The redesign included a private dining room plus 2 event rooms, small and large, that can be combined into one space. The space required a mix of new technology and reuse of existing equipment to stay within the predefined budget.

Role:

• Technical Program Management

Scope:

• Review Technology Drawings.

• Coordinate Internal and External Technology Partners (ISP, Network & Cloud Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Security, Phone System, Point of Sales, Room Booking, etc.).

• Manage milestones and deliverable schedule with dependencies for cross department coordination.

• Oversaw budget & provided cost tracking.
