Executive Summary:

Starwood Property Trust built a new headquarters in Miami, Florida. The project was a new building for tenants, and the interior tenant space for the Starwood Property Trust Miami Branch.

Technical Program Manager

Scope:

• Steered design & implementation for IT, AV, & Security.

• Synchronized Technology Drawings with the client and various design consultants (Architect, MEP Engineers, acoustical team).

• Monitored milestones and deliverable schedule with dependencies for cross department coordination.

• Oversaw budget & provided cost tracking.
